Saadi Shirazi (first decade of seventh century-658.), the greatest poet of the seventh century has been influenced in his poetry, especially in Arabic odes, by Mo’llaqe Amr’olQais more than any other poet. This influence can be divided into two parts: the first part, the poet has used the style, content and vocabulary of this poet of the ignorance age, to a degree that it can be said clearly that the approachesbelong to Mo’llaqe Amr’olQais and Saadi is influenced by them. The second part of this influence is covert and we cannot explicitly and categorically state that Saadi is influenced by them. Some may interpret the similarity in style and subject matter as consecutive imagination and literary alignment, although perhaps Saadi, with his artistic novelty, has changed their appearance. Moreover, some of the most striking aspects of the structure and content of Amr’olQais’ poem that Saadi has adopted are as follows: standing and weeping over ruins, wild animals’ livingin these ruins, lyrics of ignorance age bride and remembering past memories, describing beauty of the beloved….
